You may be eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

• If we are unable to deliver the order for any reason
• If you cancel the order before the delivery process begins. In this case, you must contact us before starting the delivery process

You may be eligible for a partial refund in the following cases:

• If the Service is canceled by us or the Supplier after the order has been partially delivered
• If you request to cancel the order after the start of work or partially after delivery

We communicate with our customers for a long time and make sure they are satisfied, which is the reason for our repeat customer ratio. If you file a dispute or return after placing a deposit, we reserve the right to cancel all future orders and prohibit you from using our site. We also reserve the right to withdraw any followers or services delivered to your accounts.

During the delivery process, if you delete the post, change the account status to private, or change the account name, your order will be considered complete and we will not be able to issue a refund.

When placing an order on our site, you must not place an order for the same account on another site until the first order has been completed. If you do not comply with this rule, one of the orders may be forfeited, and we only accept responsibility for orders placed through our website.

Fraudulent activities such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will result in cancellation of your account.

Pornographic, racist, and religiously offensive accounts are not supported by our platform. If you submit an order that includes any of these activities, the order will be stopped and considered complete, and the amount paid will not be refundable.
